Jeremiah LopezSenior Program Administrator
Jeremiah has more than 8 years experience building public and non-profit partnerships on behalf of people with disabilities. Jeremiah believes that all people with disabilities have a right to competitive employment in an inclusive workforce and is passionate about building public and non-profit partnerships on behalf of people with disabilities. He has been involved in start-up job training programs which has helped people with disabilities learn needed job skills and empowered them to live more independently. As the Linkages Senior Program Administrator for DIRECT Center for Independence he organizes program strategies, manages marketing efforts, trains team members and is responsible for 7 counties in Southern Arizona. Currently, Jeremiah serves on the board of the Arizona Association of People Supporting Employment First. Prior to his work as the Senior Program Administrator, Jeremiah worked in sales & marketing for Intuit, Inc. and for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. He and his wife have four wonderful children and have been happily married for 16 years.
Nick HiltonPima County Program Administrator
Prior to joining the DIRECT team, Nick spent nine years in nonprofit management, public policy, and grassroots activism. His passion for strong communities, diversity, and inclusive policies brought him to DIRECT, where he works as a disability rights advocate in the business community. Nick is proud to call the Old Pueblo home and spends his weekends exploring the rich biodiversity of the Sonoran Desert, which he finds similar to the disability community in one key aspect: both are filled with life and unbridled potential if we simply take the time to look.
Reyna RomeroAdministrative Assistant
Reyna graduated from Flowing Wells High School and has an Administrative Assistant Fundamental Certification. She has given five dedicated years to the Linkages program. In addition to the administrative supports she provides at DIRECT Center for Independence, Reyna promotes and organizes internal and external events to promote our mission and raise awareness for people with disabilities living as independently as possible. Reyna also coordinates our volunteers and firmly believes that everyone should feel part of the community.
